The Executive Branch

The Executive branch of the Student Assembly consists of the President, Vice President, Executive Staff, and Executive Departments.  The President and Vice President are elected on an annual basis during the SA General Elections in March.

Also known as the Student Body President, the President is responsible for a staff of over 50 students working to accomplish the goals of the Assembly on a daily basis.  Positions in the Executive Departments and Staff are appointed by the President before the end of each academic year, and those appointed as Department Secretaries or members of the Public Affairs Department are confirmed by the Senate.
